I’m Melissa Kuczepa, Level 2 Mortgage Agent with Mortgage Architects. Before mortgages, I worked as a 911 Ambulance Dispatcher and spent ten years in telecommunications, roles that taught me how to stay calm under pressure, lead with empathy, and support people when it matters most.
Today, I bring that same approach to every client I work with. With access to more than 57 lenders, I focus on clear guidance, honest advice, and strategies that improve your financial picture.
I also founded 100 Kids Who Care in Durham Region and Quinte West to help kids learn the power of giving back.
My goal is simple: support you with care, clarity, and real solutions.
